Who is the Persona of the User We are Designing for?

Meet Jason:
Jason is a member of the staff at the electronic recycling center. He found out about the job about a year ago from a friend who works there and started working there shortly after he heard about it. He had to adjust to the system of organization and had to spend many months having to ask where different items go and still sometimes has to ask. He finds change hard because he has to relearn the system.
